The Program Manager will plan, organize, and oversee the programmatic activities of pilot programs under the minimal direction of a Steering Committee. The ideal candidate for this role is emotionally intelligent, a perceptive communicator, and experienced in collaborating across organizations and diverse teams.

Salary Range

$48,960 - $65,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties

Facilitates the development of high impact training materials, training content, training delivery modes, or workshops, meetings and conferences with program/project participants.
Conducts logistics, scheduling and target audience communications.
Conducts the evaluation of programs'/projects' effectiveness to develop and implement the goals and objectives of the program/project including: improved methods of program/project delivery.
Implements evaluation methodology design and implementation, including analysis of results and takes or recommends proper action based on outcomes.
Develops and monitors daily operations and coordinates program/project activities.
Conducts the preparation of proposals for continued funding; acts as the primary liaison with current funding source.
Contributes to the preparation of budget proposals; establishes expenditure controls and recommends the allocation of resources within the limitations of the budget.
Participates in the recruitment of participants utilizing the most appropriate promotional and marketing methods.
Establishes and maintains liaison with organizations involved in the implementation of the program.
Takes responsibility for fostering culture, advancing our values, and championing engagement in all its forms -- collaborating across our teams as well as participating in ET/ASU events and programs. Demonstrates commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. Advances our Enterprise Technology Affirmative Pledge.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field AND five years administrative/coordination experience; OR, Master's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND three years administrative/coordination experience; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Working Environment

Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse
Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds
Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities and adapt to swiftly changing requirements, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts
