Senior Vet Health Services Specialist About the Team PetSmart LLC is the largest specialty pet retailer of services and solutions for the lifetime needs of pets. About the Location Hybrid Position: This position may be considered Hybrid based on PetSmart’s FlexSmart policy and business needs. A Hybrid work arrangement is considered to be a blend of onsite and remote work activity. Associates with a Hybrid work arrangement have a work space at Phoenix Home Office and can be required to come onsite between 1-5 days a week as determined by leadership and based on business needs. About the Job The specialist position within the Vet Health Services team is responsible for assisting veterinary hospitals with their PetSmart partnership. The position will work closely with the Project Manager to provide guidance for business set-up and execution while also providing exceptional customer service to the veterinary hospitals across multiple time zones. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate degree from a two-year college or university preferred. A minimum of 2 years of related experience working in business, retail, or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management experience preferred, but not required.
