Howard Univ. grad student get interview on Fox 5
Posted By: Quinn Conyers on October 17, 2007

The entrepreneurial drive and spirit of Quinn Conyers continues to put her one step closer to her ultimate goal. As current Director of the Youth Initiative of the African American Empowerment Weekend (www.aaew.org) and founder of a professional speaking business, Speak2Society, Quinn continues to help lead an entrepreneurship and leadership movement among the youth.

On Monday October 15, 2007 Ms. Quinn Conyers was interviewed at her home by Fox 5 News in DC. She discussed her passion and how she turned it into a profit. She also discussed the importance of managing finances as a young person. Quinn’s excitement and enthusiasm for her purpose was clearly demonstrated.

Quinn continues to speak, run her business, and finish up her thesis at Howard University. She will be speaking at the African American Empowerment Weekend during Howard’s Homecoming.

She will also be speaking at the Youth and Leadership Summit in November hosted by the New Light Leadership Coalition. She has also been invited to speak at a church conference in North Carolina. Staying busy, her future goals include continuing to travel and speak motivating the youth generation and hosting a youth oriented talk show on a major network.

She has just recently moved to Baltimore Maryland and is in the process of working on a project that includes other young people traveling and speaking. To contact Quinn email her at info@speak2society.com. She welcomes the opportunity to speak at your next event and leave your audience with a Mentality Makeover!
