• At least 4 Years Experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Disability and AA
• Working knowledge of EEO laws and OFCCP regulations
• Experience with development and implementation of AA/EEO/Disability initiatives and training programs

In this role you will lead the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of enterprise wide programs and initiatives related to affirmative action, workforce diversity, and disability inclusion. Overall responsible for the development of affirmative action programs, including oversight of compliance and regulatory reporting, and the creation of enhanced disability inclusion programs, which align and support the company’s DEI and business priorities.
