The day and a half Junior Leaders Conference is designed to be a best-in-class program to pipeline high-potential candidates. Interview for openings in our 2023 junior summer internship programs, attend professional development workshops, network, and participate in panel discussions and senior speaker sessions. You will be selected to participate in one of the conferences based on your regional internship placement preference. Travel and meal expenses will be paid by Wells Fargo. *Note, we are continuing to monitor impacts to upcoming events in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation. Should it be necessary, these conferences may be conducted virtually.
