Your job may include conducting scientific research, creating awareness about the environment through education, or working to prevent pollution. To be successful in this position, you'll need patience, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A career in nursing requires compassion, problem solving skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. Social WorkerWorking as a social worker can give you ample experience, which will make it easier for you to find a job when you're ready to move onto another position within the public sector. Whether you want to help vulnerable adults or rehabilitate criminals, this career path will give you ample opportunities to contribute to the community. You'll need to be articulate, patient, and interested in solving problems. A career in social work will also allow you to work with families, schools, businesses, or government agencies.
