Job Description
Commercialization Manager, Diagnostics and Genomics Group

As a member of the commercialization team, you will be responsible for the leading the end-to-end Agilent commercialization process to ensure go-to-market readiness of new portfolio introductions, the final commercialization plan of NPIs and governance of the commercialization process. 


As a Commercialization Manager, you will create commercialization plans that offer a clear description of the activities and deliverables required to bring the new product or solution to the target market and achieve the forecast goals.  Here you will use your highly collaborative skills to partner with Product Marketing and Program Marketing to create successful commercialization plans that create high value, differentiated NPIs with clear positioning and economic value.   You will partner with Field Sales, Service and Support Delivery Channels to ensure that each commercialization plan provides the necessary sales and technical training, sales tools and collateral required to deliver high value customer engagements and deliver forecast commitments. 

- Lead the commercialization process and governance to drive consistency and efficiency in processes across the organization - with a focus the Diagnostics and Genomics portfolio

- Own the development of the final commercialization plan of new product introductions

- Lead division and Field engagements via planning and execution of commercialization meetings to gain commitment on pricing and forecast  

- Hold multi-functional team accountable to the commercialization planning process to ensure the team meet objectives within the planned launch timeline 

- Train Product Managers on go to market process and provide consultation on the process 

- Ensure alignment across Product Marketing, Global Program Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Enablement to achieve a successful NPI launch and ramp to volume 

- Conduct periodic post launch audits, orchestrate commercialization process improvement opportunities, and participate on Agilent Commercialization CoE 

- Monitors launch performance and take necessary corrective actions

Partner with Solution unit teams to develop content and Challenger messaging for new product introductions
